Here is a report of real estate activity in Corona, CA for April 2010. The number of houses for sale and that are in escrow is as of May 14, 2010. If you compare activity for April with January, you will see that activity has increased (number of houses for sale, number of houses in escrow and the number of sold houses.) These are good numbers for both buyers and sellers. In fact one thing that should be really good news to home buyers is that the number of houses for sale increased by more than 14% from January to April. Prices of homes are still fluctuating. As a side note, the most expensive home in Corona CA to sell in April 2010 was a brand new 5955 sq ft home that sold for $1,050,000.
