Ronnie Fulgham - Newest Addition To The Homefinding Center

We're proud to have Ronnie Fulgham as the newest member of The Homefinding Center. She was welcomed to our team about 12 days ago and has just placed her first deal in escrow (quality company leads are awesome... she's received 5 in 12 days... when was the last time you received a good lead?).

Ronnie met her new investor in the office and within 72 hours had multiple offers out for a cash buyer in the $330,000 to $380,000 range. The buyer is wanting to close a.s.a.p. and everyone is shooting for a 10 day close.
