Find a Cheap Corona Home
The pullback has come to a halt in Corona, California. After approximately 30 months of price declines in Corona and throughout Southern California, the bottom is a sight for many sore eyes. While many buyers are seeing the water is comfortable and beginning to again return to the home purchase market, many buyers still are concerned about making the right choice while looking for a cheap home.
Cheap homes are plentiful throughout Corona and the rest of the state, but knowing how to find them, how to negotiate the best price, and knowing the best procedure for working with foreclosure banks is daunting to most home buyers. Many of the best Corona deals (cheap homes) are the foreclosure homes, typically between 1 and 7 years old. The cheaper homes typically are a bit older and smaller, but cheap is a relative term. Many of the larger Corona homes (2500+ square feet) are extremely cheap considering the price per square foot.
I'm a Corona Real Estate Agent & Broker, who regularly assists hundreds of buyers in Corona and the surrounding area. My record of assisting my clients buy a home on the "cheap" is proven. The Homefinding Center, located in Corona, keeps tight tabs on listed, and unlisted real estate in the Corona area... many times knowing where the Super Deals are, even before the public or other "less connected" real estate agents. For instance, I currently have a 4,300 square foot home built in 2005 for ONLY $389,000 (no it's not a short sale, it's a cheap cheap cheap Bank Owned property). Don't call me on this one though, I've already notified one of my clients about this (before it was even listed on the MLS or Realtor.com) and we've wrapped up the deal with the foreclosure bank already.
If you're one of those smart buyers who recognizes that the time is now to
invest in a cheap home, give Cameron a call. You'll be thankful you did.

P.S. I don't mean CHEAP to be a negative term... I'm just sensitive to the
fact that many buyers search by using the term "cheap homes". My intent in
using the term was solely to reach those buyers who need assistance in finding a
Corona home.
