11/10/10 - Weekly Covina Homes and Real Estate Market Report

Compared to last week's figures, not much has changed when it comes to active listings for Covina Homes and Condos. Based on figures extracted from the MLS last night, there are currently 238 active Residential listings for Covina. No significant changes within the price ranges for homes or condos were noted, just a slight increase of 5 active listings for Covina Homes.

Look through all active Covina Home Listings!

With regards to Standard listings compared to listings of homes in some state of foreclosure, the percentage of active Standard listings experienced a slight increase compared to last week, now at 48% (compared to 46% last week). Active Short Sale listings remain at 41%, REOs are down to 11% (compared to 13% last week).

Besides the active Covina home and condo listings, there are 55 Covina Homes and 2 Covina Condos in Back-up Offer Status, 59 Covina Homes and 17 Covina Condos are Pending Sale.

Since November 01, 2010, 10 properties have successfully closed Escrow - 2 Covina Condos ($218,000 and $305,000 respectively) and 8 Covina Homes (ranging from $276,000 to $425,000). 2 of those properties were Short Sales, 2 were REOs, the rest were Standard Sales.
