Crestline, CA home sales for the month of December 2010.
Crestline is still being hit with bank owned properties which is a reason for the pricing in the low to under $100K range. The good news is that it is an excellent time to look in to buying a vacation home in the Lake Gregory area. The inventory is very good and you can get a lot of home for the money.
