Hi Ernie,
Cool post!
Tom Braatz
KEWL!!! I love it! Who did it for you? How much did it cost?
Tom, thanks for checking out my blog and video! I appreciated your Thanksgiving post! Have a great day!
Elizabeth, I appreciate you checking out my videos. It was produce by CBS13/CW31 in Sacramento, California. The production cost was free but I had to sign a contract of about $3000 a month. It was good exposure! Thanks again for your kind comments! :o)
Randal, thanks for your comments too! That was the comments we got from people, that it was up beat. We attracted positive people from it.
How many deals have you closed from this?
Bill, it is hard to quantify how many deal, but I know we have recruited a few directly from it. It is more of a long term PR campaign. I would not recommend doing it unless you have extra cash to blow. LOL
It was good to expose my company in our community, but it has not been my practice to do shot gun marketing. You never know what you are going to get. Like I said earlier, I would only do it if you had extra cash to blow.
Ernie, great and to the point videos on Real Estate America. It will get the word out! Very positive words.
Gary, thank you for the encouraging words . I appreciate you taking the time to watch it and comment. Take care my friend!
Ernie,
I really like the video. Very nice and upbeat! It reminds me of the Arsenio Hall show where everyone gets up and start clenching their fists and waving them in the air while saying "woof, woof, woof!"Great energy and effective advertising as it shows a positive vibe throughout the company.
Woof! woof! :)
Dave
Dave, LOL, it is always good to read your comments and posts! You always make me laugh and feel good. Wow, the Arsenio Hall Show, that is bringing me back in time. I appreciate your positive comments too about the video. Woof! Woof! back! :o)
Nice ad Ernie - but I gather it was not cheap. I hope it pays off for you. Looks like you have a great team.
Georgina, thanks for checking out the video and commenting. No, it was not cheap. I wish it was, and I wish I still had the money in my checking account. LOL It gave us good exposure, but the market is down and not too many buyers out there right now. I am blessed to have a great group of people. I wish I had more of my people there for the shooting of it, only 1/4 were able to come. I always appreciate seeing you here in AR! :o)
