We are constantly looking for new ways to slice and dice the MLS data, so today I implemented our new Granny Flat/Casita/Accessory Unit list. There are many reasons why buyers want a place with a room (or building) with its own entrance and kitchen. So, we finally got around to creating this dynamically updated list from the MLS data.
