Today, someone in our office was complaining of a sore throat. For centuries, many cultures have touted the healing powers of chicken soup. And, believe it or not, the Mexicans also have chicken soup in their holistic medicine cabinet.

Located at 650 South Escondido Boulevard, Lourdes offers a very complete menu of Mexican delicacies. From menudo, posole, and quesadillas to breakfast burritos, Lourdes has it all. That being said, they are known throughout Escondido for their delicious chicken soup.
