Mercy Health's - Care Begins with Me program presents A Day of Dance. What better time than during Heart Month!
Saturday, February 25th, 2012 - 9am to Noon
At the Three Stages Theater on the Folsom Lake College Campus
10 College Parkway, Folsom, CA 95630

It's a day of fun and a day of family. It's an event for all ages to take part in heart-healthy activities, including care chats with Mercy experts, cooking demonstrations with Whole Foods Market and, of course, all kinds of dancing -from Dancing With Elmo and Zumba® to ballroom dancing and hip-hop. Plus, enjoy live performances from some of the region's most accomplished dancers and health screenings by experts from Mercy Heart & Vascular Institute.

Care Begins With Me members: $5 individuals/$10 family (up to four family members)
Non-members: $10 individuals/$20 family (up to four family members)
$5 for each additional family member
Cost includes healthy continental breakfast
