Folsom Great community growing, Shopping,water sports,Historic Downtown, Lots of new shopping. 1 1/2 to the ocean and 1 1/2 hour to the mountains. Folsom is out of land to build more homes so it is "simple supply and demand". Great Time to buy in FOLSOM! Location! Location!
