After many, months of grueling effort, one of my most challenging short sales closed today, just in time for the buyer to take full advantage of the Home Buyers' Tax Credit!

I want to say Congratulations to all -- the sellers, the lucky buyer (she REALLY got a bargain), the agents (me the sellers side), the negotiator, and title company -- everyone involved. This was a great true team effort that required everyone to go the extra mile to make it happen.
