Please Tell Me You're Selling a House This Fourth of July Weekend :)

Are you ready to sell a home? I am. I am staying available and by my telephone this weekend, in the instance that somebody is calling and spending their time over the holiday to get themselves a house.

Anybody else?

I know it's traditionally not the best weekend for selling homes. I remember back in 1993, right after I got my Broker's License...all of my friends took off to Palm Springs for Labor Day Weekend and I stayed around and worked with the Buyers I had to work with. It was a work weekend and I wrote 6 offers and 5 were accepted that week. (two were on the same house, can you imagine???)

So if you're in town this weekend, I hope it's a great weekend for you and that you make lots of sales....and if for some reason it doesn't happen, remember, we live in one of the greatest countries in the world. Where we still have the right to many, many opportunities.

...and that's something DEFINITELY worth Celebrating!!!
