I just wanted to thank you again for helping me selling my home in Fullerton. As you know I lived in my home on Santa Clara for 48 years, and I was very happy there. I knew it was time for me to sell and buy a smaller property, but I was just so worried about making a change. Also I did not know who to trust. So many agents tried to get me to sell my home in the past, but they never made me feel comfortable.

The newsletter that came to my house regularly helped me to become familiar with you and your services. I especially liked knowing that you would give me a "free market evaluation." I liked your recipes too! I even made the lemon chicken and it was delicious.

When you came to my home you made me feel as you cared about me and my situation. I really appreciated you helped me to get the home ready for sale. A lot of books and stuff gets accumulated in 48 years! Most importantly you calmed my fears of selling by telling me up front about your plan to help me find my new home and transfer my tax base of only 13,000. I was so worried about the unknown. I especially appreciated that you spent your personal time to help me with my yard sale.

Now you must come over to visit me in my new beautiful condo. I love it and my neighbors are very nice to me. I recently remodeled the floors and they look great! Please let any perspective home sellers or home buyers know that I highly recommend you and that you are a "great real estate agent" and a "lovely girl...with nice shoes"!
