Fullerton Ca: Attention Condo & Town home buyers Hidden Lakes is FHA Approved Again as of August 22,2001. The approval is goof through August 22, 2013. This is wonderful news for Hidden Lakes Home Sellers and Hidden Lakes Home Buyers! I have been working with the Hidden Lakes home owners association and their property management company since January to get Hidden Lakes back on the "HUD HRAP" approved list. It was a challenge that took several people working together to get the job done.

The town homes in Hidden Lakes are my personal favorite in Fullerton. I have enjoyed selling them since 1990. I love representing Hidden Lakes home Sellers.
