Brandywine Homes has begun construction of a new development in Garden Grove known as Century Village.
I previewed the model homes recently at their grand opening event. It’s a great new development in the heart of Garden Grove, located just steps away from Costco and Main Street. The new development features 3 different models, ranging from 3 to 4 bedrooms and all are 3 story plans. They range between 1,700 and 2,000 sqaure feet. New home develpments are fairly rare in Garden Grove, since the city is almost 100% developed. The homes feel much bigger than their actual square footage due to great use of space, high ceilings, and open floor plans.
