Based on numbers pulled from the MLS yesterday, there are no major changes with regards to active listings in Glendora. The total active Glendora Residential Real Estate listings are at 179, compared to 180 last week. There are also no notable changes within the price ranges, just a slight decrease of 4 active listings for Glendora Homes, and a slight increase of 3 listings for Glendora Condos.

There are also no notable changes when it comes to active Standard Listings versus properties in some state of foreclosure:

In addition to the current active Glendora Home and Condo listings, there are 22 Glendora Homes and 2 Glendora Condos in Back-Up Offer Status, 40 Glendora Homes and 9 Glendora Condos are Pending Sale.

So far in November, 16 Glendora properties have successfully closed Escrow - 1 Glendora Condo ($325,000) and 15 Glendora Homes (ranging from $290,000 to $1,275,000). Of these sold properties, none of them were Short Sales, 3 were REOS, the rest were Standard Sales.
