Why Greenbrae?

I recently saw a post on a mothers’ club group that asked why Greenbrae prices are so low. Many of the responses were from loyal (and confused!) Southern Marin residents. I LOVE Greenbrae, and choose to live and work in Greenbrae. The prices in Greenbrae are not really low- it is actually a very desirable and can be an expensive place to live. As a resident of Greenbrae, I can reach the Marina district of San Francisco in 10 minutes, much quicker than most Mill Valley residents. Greenbrae also has gorgeous weather and beautiful views. The Kentfield school district is one of the top in the county. There is not a school lottery system. If you live in Greenbrae, you are guaranteed admission to Bacich Elementary in the Kentfield School District.

Because of it’s fantastic location and warm weather, Greenbrae is hot place to live. I am happy to call it home!
