Hemet artist Kyler Aszterbaum will be featured at Scout Los Angeles' Private Debut Trunk Show this Saturday, October 13 at 9pm. Here you can see two of Kyler's recent designs on model Vanessa Traina (daughter of romance novelist Danielle Steele) and independent film goddess Miranda July. Kyler's fashion collaborations with Joey Grana III, artist, designer and owner of Los Angeles fashion hotspot Scout LA, have also been purchased by Mary 
Kate Olsen and Heidi Klum.
Kyler is only 9 years old, the son of Hemet Home Loan Guy Joey Aszterbaum and photographer Jolynne Aszterbaum.
Kyler's designs blend a fascination with the macabre with a bizarre sense of humor beyond his age.
The show is to celebrate the launch of the Scout label new collection available and pre-order for Fall 2007.
It will be a night of fine food and drink with freeform musical accompaniment and is Kyler Aszterbaum's first public art show.
The show will be held at Joey Grana's LA studio. A great evening would be to enjoy dinner in Los Angeles around 6, visit the Scout LA store (which closes at 8pm), then go to the studio.
