Thaks for the update, but I think you have an error when it comes to ANZA...
Also, is it possible you have the 2006 and 2007 number of sales reversed?

Joey, interesting stats...your volume isn't too bad and is actually quite good in some areas but your price trends are a bit scary! ( I think ANZA should be a positive number not a negative). I had heard that the high desert was hurting a bit...but you are having good volume!
Joey, I read these figures earlier but they seem to show confusing data. Some sales areas are actually up where the feeling in the field suggests different.

wheres the update Joey? It would be very interesting to take January 2008 numbers and compare to what you have here. A year end post and comparison would be good for all to see as well.
