The Hermosa Surf located at 1707 pacific coast highway in Hermosa Beach is a neat complex. Although the complex is situated on the busy highway once you enter the complex you are transported into a peaceful setting and you forget you are right on PCH. The courtyard welcomes you with a soothing fountain and landscaping. The Hermosa Surf has 72 units and features the following:

• Gated security subterrean parking
• Elevator
• Pool
• Jacuzzi
• Recreation room
• Party room available for renting out
• Panoramic ocean view roof top deck
• Laundry room with call back option

Hermosa Surf has one and two bedroom condos both for lease and for sale. Last year two units sold. A one bedroom on the top floor unit #501 sold for a steal at $393,000. This unit featured ocean views and was a end unit on the very top floor off the viewing deck. It had approximately 697 square feet. There was a short sale that sold in the beginning of the year on the first floor at unit #304. It was a remodeled two bedroom unit with no view and it sold for $521,000.
