Jackalope Ranch in West Indio to Open

The late Don Callender's creation, Jackalope Ranch in Indio will finally open in January under the renowned care of the Kaiser Restaurant Group headquartered in Palm Desert. Kaiser Restaurant Group currently runs the popular Kaiser Grille, The Chop House and Top of the Chop in Palm Springs and the Hog's Breath in La Quinta, among others. Don Callender's family has negotiated a lease on the property with the Kaiser Restaurant Group to enable this spectacular and architecturally stunning restaurant to open this month. Hundreds of applicants have applied for jobs at the new restaurant which will feature southwestern cuisine, barbeque and steaks. We look forward to its opening and success!
