La Habra Homes and Real Estate Market Report!

As of 10/12/10, there are a total of 192 active La Habra Residential Property Listings - 134 La Habra Homes (up 6 from last week) and 58 La Habra Condos (down 2 from last week). Active La Habra Homes range from $100,000 ($198.41/sqft, 42 Days on Market) to $1,320,000 ($377.14/sqft, 49 Days on Market). There were only very slight fluctuations in the different price ranges for La Habra Homes, no noticeable shift (increase or decrease) from one price range to another.*

There haven't been any dramatic changes for La Habra Homes when it comes to Short Sales and Foreclosures, Standard Listings increased by 22% from 57 to 59%, while Short Sale Listings for La Habra Homes decreased by 2% from 33 to 31%, Bank Owned Properties remaining the same at 10%.

Even though there was a slight improvement for La Habra Condos with regards to properties in some state of Foreclosure, the Short Sale rate amongst La Habra Condos is still at an alarming 64% (down 4 from 68% last week) - of the 35 La Habra Condos listed between $0 and $200,000, 32 are Short Sales!

Due to the large number of Short Sales amongst La Habra Condos, the overall distribution shows Standard Sales and Short Sales for La Habra Residential Real Estate at the top of the scale:

Besides the currently active La Habra Residential Real Estate Listings, there are 36 La Habra Homes and 22 La Habra Condos in Back-up Offer Status. 46 La Habra Homes and 22 La Habra Condos are Pending Sale.

From 10/01/10 to 10/12/10, 13 Properties have successfully closed Escrow: 11 La Habra Homes and 2 La Habra Condos. Of the 11 La Habra Homes, 6 were Standard Sales, 2 were Short Sales, and 3 were Bank Owned Properties. The two Condos were Short Sales.
