Based on data pulled from the SoCal MLS today, 10/19/10, there are a total of 190 active La Habra Home and Condos listings, down 2 from last week. There are no notable changes with regards to active La Habra Condo listings (59, up 1 from last week). No significant changes in the number of active La Habra homes either, currently at 131 (down 3 from last week), with no significant changes within the price ranges.

With regards to Standard Listings compared to active listings in some state of Foreclosure (for La Habra Homes and Condos), the percentage of Standard Listings seem to be steadily increasing, while the percentage of Short Sale and Foreclosure listings are on the decline.

Besides the active La Habra Homes and Condos, there are 36 La Habra Homes and 43 La Habra Condos in Back-up Offer Status, 22 La Habra Homes and 21 La Habra Condos are Pending Sale.
