The city of La Habra is a residential community of homes with a wide variety of pricing. La Habrais located in Northern Orange County and on the eastern boundary of Los Angeles County.

Current prices in the City of La Habra for single family homes range from a low of $375,000 for a 1 bedroom 1 bath, 748 square feet, high price of $3,000,000 for 4 bedrooms 3 baths at 2,200 square feet.

Condo pricing currently begins at $250,000 for a 1 bedrooms/1 baths, 644 square feet, to $650,000 for 3 bedrooms/2 ½ baths, 1,644 square feet.

• 180 re-sale homes currently for sale in the $375,000 to $3,000,000 price range.
• 15 homes went into escrow.
• 3 closed sales.
• 32 homes were taken off the market or listings expired for the month.

• 75 condos/townhomes currently for sale from $250,000 to $650,000.
