Lynda, Sounds like La Habra Heights has a variety of homes to offer home buyers. Also, it looks like homes no matter where they are located, in the lower price range are moving faster than the more expensive homes.

Hi, I was about to say almost the same thing as Mana. It is interesting that the pending are averaging lower than the previous solds. Maybe some sellers just want to get the deal done and move on before Fall. BTW, I love Picnik. I guess you noticed that I am putting copyright on my pictures with my web address. That way if anyone uses them, maybe I will get the lead, lol.

Hi Mana ~ You're right, the entry level for La Habra Heights has been bigger sellers. However the only pending is over 1.2 million.

William ~ Yes I've noticed your copyright, good for you.

Lynda--Another very good market update! Loved this: (It ironic to note that this property was on the market for more than 400 days and ultimately had 3 offers at the end). Certainly the story of our times today isn't it?

Hi Lynda -  "The City of La Habra Heights  has a 16.3  months supply of homes for sale"  - WOW that is quite a bit of inventory! Hopefully the market starts to improve. The market is similar out here but we don't have that much inventory.

Wow Lynda, your pending sale with multiple offers just confirms that real estate is sometimes all about timing!

16.9 months of inventory in La Habra, that's pretty indicative of a HOT Buyer's market.  It's also interesting to note that the pending price per square foot is so much lower than the solds.  Looks like buyers are truly finding great deals out there.

You always put out such informative market reports.  I thoroughly enjoy reading them and following individual areas.  What a great La Habra resource for buyers and sellers alike.

Hi Lynda, it is so interesting to see what's going on in California....it's always the leader in our southwest portion of the country. First California, then Las Vegas, then us, then New Mexico, Texas. ;-)

Lynda,

We used to live in La Habra Heights at 1594 Cypress Ave. It was tough to sell then (1990) and would be the same today. I miss all the avocados, macadamia nuts and the smell of orange blossoms!

Hi Teri ~ You're right, after 400 days 3 offers all about about the same time.

Bill & Irina ~ Yes, those are/were the MLS stats, it's pretty much the price point for the area.

Hi Teri ~ Good to hear from you, I agree with your thought process.

Roberta ~ You know I remember you telling me about that. La Habra Heights is such a neat place, I love it myself.
