Two Condemned Homes in La Jolla

I was out taking video yesterday with my cell phone (yes cell phone) and I took pictures of the structures that were located directly across the street. These are two single detached homes located on one of the most expensive land in La Jolla. I would like for you to guess why these homes are in this condition right next to multi-million dollar property across from La Jolla Cove. It is a pretty interesting story and these stick out like a sore thumb!
