• $391,615 was the average sales price for 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths at 1,671 square feet, with an average of 35 days on the market)

Condo Sales for January:

• 8 condos for sale, down from the past few months.
• 4 pending sales, (in escrow) slightly more than the past few months.
• 3 homes closed, down from the last few months.
• $256,666 was the average condo selling price for a 2 bedroom 2 bath place of 1136 square feet. Average days on the market was 37.
