Cooking with Class in La Quinta

After seeing the recent movie, "Julie and Julia" based on the lovable culinary, Julia Child, I have dusted off my cookbooks and started trying out new recipes on my family. They love me and think I am a great real estate agent... but my experiments sometimes lead us out the door to a local restaurant. Recently I discovered a cooking school in La Quinta, Cooking With Class, and thought if I really wanted to make a serious comeback in the kitchen that I could add cooking classes to my Christmas list. Cooking With Class offers classes each week from Italian to the Classics. They start out with easy recipes and all you need to do is pick a cuisine, organize the ingredients, follow the instructions, add them together and package for the ride home. User friendly! By making the minimum 36 servings of different meals at one time, not only does it cost less than $5 per serving, but you can control your portions! Is easy, tastes yummy and good for your weight... I'm in!
