Emerald Bay in Laguna Beach
Emerald Bay is located in Laguna Beach and is a private gated community. Emerald Bay is an exclusive community with spectacular ocean views and beautiful color water. It is located on both sides of Coast Highway, there are beach front homes as well as homes which sit up on the hill with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. There is a tunnel which goes under Coast Highway to access Main Beach. There are private tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, parks and a private swimming pool for the residents use. Emerald Bay was originally founded in 1929 and it was named for the color of the water. Many of the residents of Emerald Bay use golf carts to travel in and around Emerald Bay. Emerald Bay also has it’s own Fire Station as seen here.
