Your Lake Arrowhead Realtor would like to share some local Lake Arrowhead Information with you.

We've had a mild winter, so far. However, we are now having storms roll into Southern Califorina and our local mountains. This evening we're expected to get snow down to 3,500 feet; that is low!

If you're heading up to our local mountains, bring chains, warm clothing and patience.... driving patience. Be extra careful!
