Consultant's corner
It is always interesting to see how new consultants, and some not so new, will ask on a public forum if anyone has a "checklist" they might use to help them Why you wonder?
When you take your training as a consultant, you also have to certify that you have read and understand the guidelinew... the checklist is one that is part of that reading, that certification, so how is it they don't know where it is... lol.
I know and understand how things can get missed when you are reading fast and rushing to complete and assignment but really... I do have to laugh. So I'm posting the HUD/FHA 203k Rehab Checklist for anyone who is having trouble finding it or wonder if it even exists... it is also on my webiste, on the "helpful links" page. By the way it is located in the FHA 4210.4 appendix if you want to find it yourself.
By the way, I don't use this checklist, we have a "feasibility report" form that I use in its place that works better for me and they way I write. If anyone wants to see that then let me know and I'll add it to the "helpful links" page as well. Thank you all for your support.
Hope to see you in Lodi, CA on 7/14/2011 from 5 pm till dark in a question & answer session with the Nines Team. See you there.
