Downtown Long Beach Condos
Market Report
This lovely condo complex located at the corner of Chestnut in Downtown Long Beach has very little turnover. Nobody wants to move!
Why?
Because it is a very nice complex with great floor plans. These spacious units are quietly elegant and are mostly owner occupied. The building has lush and lovely gardens, lovingly maintained by one of the residents as a hobby; she does a fabulous job.
A lovely common area deck (a great place to drop into a chaise and read a book) houses a community spa.
This complex is extremely well taken care of and the homeowners association is well funded, a definite plus.
This lovely condominium complex is within a short walk of Pine Avenue and its nifty shops and restaurants, The Pike, Shoreline Drive, The Beach, and is convenient to the freeway.

Great post Laurie - can you tell me about your "ads by google?" I have had some inquiries, and would love to hear your advice. Thanks!!
Brad,
Thank you. Would be happy to, drop me an email or give me a call.
Will do, thanks Laurie. I registered and did some research, will contact you next week. :-)
BTW - Prices look great at the Long Beach Condo's, I just love your Blog and all the great information.
No wonder all the buyers and sellers want to work with you! :-)
Thanks Brad, looking forward to speaking with you.
Hi Laurie - are you able to track hits on the email newsletter?
They are tracked along with the other hits, but not seperately. I can see what search engine or site, the keywords used, the post destination and the IP address, so I can see where they went. On posts I can track the hits in another area. But that is a very good question, one I will ask as well. Thank you.
