Cool, Laurie. Wish I could have been there. I was up til well after midnight working on a new listing, etc.  Sounds like a fun time. Would this be a venue for OUR gaethering?

Missy,  My face hurts from smiling and laughing so much.  We had a wonderful time. 

Marc, Not soon enough.  We have to talk to Jeff Dowler about the upcoming So Cal AR get together.  That should be a blast also.

Marlene,  I have said it before and I will say it again.  Realtor.com is a failing institution.  Sellsius has an incredible site that shows the promise of an action packed venue for us to expose our sites to the consumer in a  really big way for a very reasonable price.

Jeff,  I wish you could have made it also.  I have been burning the midnight oil for the last 2 weeks, I needed this night out badly.  It was incredibly great fun. I don't know if this would work for our gathering.  It depends on how many people are going to attend.  The rooftop patio is not very large and is a high demand gathering place with limited occupancy.  If it were full some of our members may not make it up there, we had to wait an hour in the downstairs lounge to gain access.  Also, the parking is a nightmare.  I flipped some valet guy a $20 and a parking space magically appeared 1 block from the venue.  However, it is beautiful and a great place to take in one of our famous Southern California Sunsets.  

Which I have no pictures of except in my memory.  I was having so much fun I forgot to take pictures until after dark, lol.

Laura can't work all the time need to have fun.  From the photos the group seem to have had a great time.

George, The only time I am in a bar is when a restaurant happens to have one.  This is BIG NEWS George.  The Sellsius Real Estate Classifieds is destined to be a MAJOR listing site.  There will be many posts about it.

George, I don't know who featured them, but the get togethers are fairly popular.  I assume they featured them because members are interested.  Sorry you are not.  

George, The Sellsius site was brought up yesterday.  It is in its birth stages.  Craigslist did not become popular the day after it was born.  And I agree that Craigslist is the bomb.  Do you keep all of your eggs in one basket?

you make some valid points. although our site was born two just days ago, we realize we have a long way to go. we're grassroots so we take it one member at a time. don't forget, as laurie mentioned, craigslist was not the success it is overnight - it took time. we're in it for the long haul and dedicated to making our members happy!
