The number of available foreclosures has dropped by more than 50% in the last 6 months in our area. This is due to a number of factors, including a moratorium on foreclosures during the end of last year, as well as an increase in sales. This says to me that the bottom is in sight and those of you who are waiting for prices to drop further had better get off the sidelines and start looking.
