And it appears that some other Realtors were busy putting 3025 Roxanne, Long Beach into escrow. As you may remember, that home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in pretty original condition. The landscaping was old-fashioned, and the kitchen needs to be blown up, and rebuilt from scratch. It will be interesting to find the final sales price of this home.
