Los Osos real estate is at a key point in it's history as the development of a new sewer system is on the line. Prices in this area are the lowest in the coastal region because of the problems with the Los Osos sewer issue. There are properties in Los Osos that are not as effected by this issue and these are recommended if you are thinking of purchasing in this area.
