Good offer for so many forced retired Realtors out there. .  

Frankly, Regina, I would rather pay a referral fee to a "retired" real estate agent I knew or who has their license "in referral" with my company than pay a referral company with all their webinars and the like.  My guess is that these "retired agents" are computers mining leads the same way Home Gain, Home Values, etc. etc. are mining leads to feed back to agents for a fee.  With all due respect, I don't believe for a second that My Green Parachute provides leads that are any higher quality than the ones I can get on my own.  If you really want to go this way, spend the money on a good Google AdWords campaign and good lead capture system on your personal website.  Same effect and possibly less costly.

I think the concept is a great idea!  I am a new agent and feel like I am still on the outside looking in.  One of the strategies of a new agent getting some business is buying a retired agents business, right?  It makes sense to have a concept like this one.

Hi Regina....Just wanted to comment on your comment in my SS post.  I did a post some time back letting everyone know that Copyscape does NOT work on photos ~ JUST TEXT.  I sent CS an email and they responded back telling me this.  Thought you would want to know.

Gail, thanks for pointing that out, I was not aware it didn't work for photos!  However, it's still a good idea to put the copyscape logo at the bottom of all your work, as it will scare away some of the prospective web-stealers!
