Cooler Than Usual Weather in Temecula Valley California

Today: Cloudy with a 75% chance of showers in the morning, becoming mostly cloudy, winds from the southwest to 20 mph, high near 65 degrees F.

I am enjoying the cool weather we’ve been having of late. Sunday I held an Open House in the afternoon at 29667 Painted Desert Dr., in Menifee. Although it was sunny, it was cool and breezy.

We had guests stop by for the Open House. Everyone loved the home. It is refreshing, much like the sunny, but cool and breezy weather we’ve been having, to hold an Open House at a home that has new carpet, new tile, new paint, new granite countertops, new stucco, even. This lovely, turnkey home is on the market as a standard sale. Oh, and did I mention this home has a pool and spa?
