Menifee- Countryside Marketplace has broke ground summer 2007. Target, Kohl's, and Lowe's have signed in as anchors for the new $50 million retail center. Located at the corner of Interstate 215 & Newport Road this 68 acre site will be the newest retail center added to the region. The center will have 32 new stores and restaurants to choose from. Projections are that Countryside Marketplace will provide over 600 jobs available for area residents. With the continued growth in the Menifee area, residents look forward to the completion of this new 700,000-sq.ft. Shopping Center.
