Seriously Questionable Code of conduct and ethics of some Realtors !?
Is there anywhere in " professional conduct ", " code of ethics"... a clause that real estate agent should or have to return other agent in a reasonable time , like the same day ?!,
and the best agents surely in a hour, as it should be a given !
The REO's , The Short pay's listing agents and brokers are the WORST OFFENDERS !!! since they typically NEVER RETURN a CALL, MESSAGE !!
Lets do something about it and slap a fine on these embarrassments to our Real Estate profession .. !!!
Public is watching and throwing us " the Good Realtors" to the same bag with " the really bad apples Realtors".
