2011 Real Estate Sales recap for Monterey, California

Above is a very simple look at the all 2011 closed sales of single family homes that are 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms for Monterey, California. When I look at this it doesn't seem right because the market feels so much busier to me.

You will notice that the larger numbered middle column is a combination of Actives and Pendings and a large market of homes sales in the Monterey area are foreclosures and/or short sales that do take longer to close.

Monterey, California is just one city that makes up the Monterey Peninsula and I chose to use only 3 bedroom 2 bath homes for the sake of ease.

There are lots of good homes buys in Monterey at this time and with rates at an all time low, now is the time to make the decision to purchase a home here on the beautiful Monterey Peninsula!
