Kat - it was a pretty rough day, and yet there were so many people in the water!
Carol - there were whitecaps and rip tides. It was a busy day for the lifeguards!
Was this a recent shot? If so, the water must be freezing! I can't even stand going in until late June :)
Jim and Maria - no I took it last summer- I just thought it was a good photo because of all the activity. The water temp currently is about 56 - 58 degrees.
