Ontario Market Report as of June 2008

No matter what the market, people will continue to desire to live in Ontario, as it remains one of the most attractive cities within San Bernardino County. Comparatively speaking, the Ontario housing market continues to post brisk sales.

In of June 2008, 132 single family homes and a total of 36 condos/townhomes sold, up by 18 from last month. My overall view of the market is still going to slip this fall even though the number of sales have increased the last few months. Sales were up 78 last month but closed sales this month were only up 22, this tells me that many of the pending sales are not closing escrow. Click Here for the San Bernardino County market report.
