The community of PetersRidge in RiverRidge area of North Oxnard is showing some signs of good activity. The last six months “Solds” of the year show an increase in High, Low, and Median prices.

The first graphic shows Current Activity, and the second is from January to May of 2011.

There is also good activity in the Active Listings section, which will tell the story of the rest of the year. So it is OK to be optimistic!
