The Ventura County Asscociation of Realtors reported that a plan to build three towers on the old Levitz lot in north Oxnard has been put on hold due to the present economy. The developer, out of San Diego, still feels the near 9 acre parcel close to Hwy 101 is too good a location not to be developed, but has made a decision to hold off from doing anything until the housing market changes.
