YOU BETCHA!!! Yes, Yes, and more Yes's!!!

Have you ever approached an Open House and thought, "Wow, it's beautiful!!!"...only to stop your car, shut if off, get out and go inside and be sorely disappointed because the kitchen is still in it's original state from when the home was constructed (over 50 years ago!) and the bathrooms, are almost in the same condition.

While some, including myself, appreciate "originals"...it's good to be current and marketable.

There is an old saying that we use...Kitchens and Bathrooms Sell Houses...and you know what, they do. Imagine the scenario again, you see the house, stop the car, get in there and voila! New, Updated Kitchen (with new appliances) and Updated Bathrooms...plus, new plumbing....hmmmm..

Although there are always compensating factors when it comes to designing a home you'll love and enjoy...including things that cannot be changed like orientation on the lot or street, location, front yard, etc....it's good to be aware that if you're considering an update to your home and want maximum return on your investment, you may want to turn your head and look towards those two parts of your home.
