Real Estate Trends for Palmdale, Lancaster and the Greater Antelope Valley August 4 2009

Real Estate Trends for Palmdale, Lancaster and the Greater Antelope Valley August 4 2009
July 2009, is in the bank, literally speaking… The banks are holding back foreclosed home; you bet'ya. Some of the number we have heard are in the hundreds of thousands nationally. The Antelope Valley is approximately 33% of the Los Angeles market so we are expecting to see 2,500 to 4,000 at some point… but don't hold you breath.

What is coming down the pipe are pre-foreclosures… Over the next 18 to 24 months Pre-foreclosures are going to take over the real estate market…

The normal rate of return must start to regain the loss at some point, we believe that time in starting right now in the greater Antelope Valley.
