The greater Antelope Valley, Palmdale Lancaster area of the high desert in northern California is in crises with available inventories at all time lows. The banks are still holding back the release of foreclosures. We hear on the street that they are coming but when the date given comes and zilch.

We are hearing Pre-foreclosures are going to be the next new wave, Janet meet with a VP from BOA this morning. According to the VP BOA is going to streamline there Pre-foreclosures process in the next few weeks… We’ll see…
