Are Homes Owners in Denial?

We have been actively working with home owners facing foreclosures. Some have been working with their lender trying for a loan modification... For the most part they are not successful and in extreme cases the lend charges a fee to buy down points or for what I just don't know...

During the loan modification the lender started the foreclosure the Notice of Default (NOD) is filed. I believe this is a deceptive on the part of the lender, and can be avoided or delayed.

If you are in trouble with your mortgage you need to know you options. First call your lender and try for a loan modification. Have a back-up plan is case the loan modification doesn't work for you. The lender is working for them selves not you.

If you can't make your mortgage payment you will be moving, however you do have a choice. You can let your home go into foreclosures or you can choose to sell Short.

Typically, when you list you home for sale you stay in your home and the lender delays the foreclosure process, giving you time to find a home to move into.
