In addition to my real estate sales career,I have become the Leasing Queen of the South Bay in the past few years during the recent economical down turn. This has been the most fun. Palos Verdes Peninsula is the best place for families, schools are Number 1 in the State of California. Most West Side, Hollywood Commuters like to stop in Manhattan Beach to shorten their drive though and seem to love the Manhattan Beach fast pace beach cities.
